The real estate industry is as vast and wide as all the oceans and seas in the world, with numerous sub-industries, markets, specializations and so on. Most people who step into the waters of real estate start by dipping their toes in as a sales agent and then expanding their horizons into one or more areas in the industry. I did things a different way however, jumping into several other sub- industries and markets long before earning a license and becoming a realtor in Houston, Texas.
After earning a Real Estate Developer and Investor certification from Rice Business school in late 2019, I began working as a business development manager for a small but growing property development company (Rose Valley Properties), with multiple townhouse and duplex projects happening in Texas and abroad. Shortly after, I started moonlighting as a property manager and now manage multiple apartment complexes. Using the knowledge and exposure gained from these jobs and my experience with residential flipping and remodeling, I give my buyers and sellers a unique perspective of, as well as keen insight into, the entire real estate process.
Houston is one of the most diverse cities in the nation, and as such, to be a successful sales agent in the space city, one must be comfortable relating, communicating with and serving different types of people from all over the world; a quality I've has never lacked fortunately. Growing up in 5 different countries (with the yearly tradition of traveling somewhere new) has equipped me with a unique worldview and love for working with all kinds of people, each with their unique charm and flavor; but all with that spark of divinity that makes us human.
As one of the largest and fastest growing cities in the country, Houston is a dynamic and expanding market. The city strikes a perfect balance between preserving its packed History and building towards the future of one of the America's best Metropolises. I am proud and honored to be a part of the story and serve in the Houston Real Estate Market.
